Self-care is what you do to maintain good health and improve well-being. Some self-care activities might already be part of your routine, such as eating regular meals, enjoying a hobby, or spending time with friends. 

During periods of stress however, self-care sometimes takes a back seat. By participating in the support groups, you’re taking a step towards taking care of physical and psychological health, as a preventive approach to ill-health by understanding yourself, learning the basics of selfcare, and building a community of people who will hold you accountable for YOUR self care.
