Frequently asked questions

Is Manah's assessment a diagnosis?
No. The emotional wellbeing assessment is a self-reported check on how you are doing across areas such as stress, mood, sleep and support. It is not a clinical diagnosis and does not replace an evaluation by a mental health professional. If your responses suggest you would benefit from care, we point you towards counselling or therapy.
Who can take the assessment?
Any adult can take it for themselves. Organisations also run it across teams as a baseline before designing a wellbeing programme, and repeat it to see how the picture changes over time.
Will my employer see my individual results?
No. Individual responses are never shared with an employer. Organisations only receive aggregated, anonymised trends across a group, never a person-level report.
How long does it take and what do I get?
It takes a few minutes to complete. You get a personal wellbeing profile that explains what your responses suggest, along with suggested next steps across Manah's tools, learning, community and professional support.
What happens after the assessment?
You can act on it yourself with Manahverse practices and Manah Academy courses, join a support group, or book a session with a counsellor, therapist or coach from Manah's vetted network.
