Using our services
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Manah services lawfully and respectfully.
Not a crisis service
Manah does not provide emergency or crisis intervention. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a recognised helpline immediately.
Practitioner relationship
Sessions are delivered by independent qualified practitioners in the Manah network. Clinical judgement rests with the practitioner.
Payments
Fees, billing cycles and taxes are shown before purchase. Organisational pricing is governed by the signed agreement.
Intellectual property
Manah content, assessments, frameworks and software remain the property of Manah Wellness and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through our services or by email.
