Refund Policy
When refunds apply to Manah sessions, subscriptions and organisational programmes, and how to request one.
Individual sessions
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no cost. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will run to the end of the paid period. Unused partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
Organisational programmes
Refunds and cancellations for organisational contracts follow the terms of the signed agreement.
How to request
Write to talktous@manahwellness.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
