How we use it
To provide assessments, match you with practitioners, personalise your recommendations, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
Confidentiality with employers
If your organisation sponsors your access, they never see your individual responses or session content, only anonymous, aggregated reporting above minimum group thresholds.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and clinical records are held under professional confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to talktous@manahwellness.com.
